An easy to use web interface, as well as a 'pick of the week' file.

Time Palette Software
Check out Trygve Inda's variety of slick shareware time-related utilities including: Time Palette, which can display several time zones in a neat floating palette you can place anywhere on your desktop, the notepad replacement Note Palette which sports added features in a small RAM footprint and MacQibla which plots the correct direction and times for Islamic prayers, useful for Muslims or travelers to the Middle-East.
